Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Robotics Trainer role based in Ranchi. The Robotics Trainer will design and deliver hands-on robotics lessons and workshops for school students, demonstrating concepts such as basic electronics, programming, and mechanical design using educational robotics kits. The role includes preparing lesson plans, setting up and maintaining robotics lab equipment, and guiding students through projects, competitions, and practical assessments. The trainer will collaborate with school staff to integrate robotics into the broader curriculum, provide training support to teachers, and ensure safe, structured use of tools and robots. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, documenting student progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of Sparkology’s robotics education programs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Robotics and working with Robots in educational or training environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of robotics equipment and related systems.
Candidates should possess practical exposure to Robotic Welding or similar applied robotics processes, with an ability to explain concepts in an accessible way.
Relevant experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in STEM/robotics, preferably in school or vocational settings.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners of different ages and backgrounds.
Comfort with coding basics (e.g., block-based programming or introductory scripting) and educational robotics platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage classroom dynamics, and follow safety and operational protocols in a lab environment.
