Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, from initial sketches to detailed construction drawings. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, reviewing project requirements, preparing plans and elevations, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role involves overseeing design integration with structural, MEP, and other systems, participating in site visits, and providing technical guidance throughout execution. The Architect will also support project management tasks such as timeline coordination, documentation, and quality reviews to ensure design intent is maintained.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate requirements into functional, aesthetic, and compliant designs.
Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools or BIM platforms, enabling effective use of digital design and coordination systems.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication across multiple project phases.
Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations applicable in Bengaluru.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and relevant professional experience in real estate or construction projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
Exposure to sustainable design principles, green building practices, or certification frameworks (e.g., IGBC, LEED) is an advantage.
