About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER role is centered on designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications within a cloud environment. This position leads technical initiatives to build cloud-native solutions and integrate AI-driven features, enhancing the company's pharmacy services platform. The role significantly contributes to improving application performance and developer workflows, directly impacting the delivery of pharmacy benefits and related services.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack web applications and services using Node.js, React, and JavaScript.
Architect and deploy serverless microservices and cloud database solutions on AWS, including AWS Lambda and MySQL RDS.
Develop and deploy AI-powered features and automated solutions following responsible AI practices.
Utilize enterprise AI tools and development utilities to automate workflows, testing, and continuous delivery.
Assess emerging technologies and AI capabilities to guide solution architecture and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality through integration, peer reviews, automated testing, and best practices.
Mentor team members and support technical leadership and process improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
At least 5 years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining cloud applications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Minimum 3 years designing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
At least 2 years using CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and build pipelines.
Minimum 1 year experience developing or integrating AI-driven tools or models within applications.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The salary for this role ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
