Penetration Tester / Scrum Master

Role Description
Conduct penetration testing and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in applications, networks, systems, and IT infrastructure.
Perform vulnerability analysis, security testing, and risk assessments to evaluate potential threats and recommend mitigation measures.
Prepare detailed security reports, document findings, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen system security.
Collaborate with development and IT teams to implement security improvements and ensure compliance with relevant security standards.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the development team in following Agile and Scrum practices to improve productivity and delivery quality.
Remove project impediments, monitor sprint progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Promote continuous improvement, effective communication, teamwork, and efficient project execution.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies, vulnerability assessment, network security, and application security.
Familiarity with security testing tools, risk analysis, and common cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, sprint planning, and project coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, CSM, or PSM are an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
