It is a rapidly growing omni-channel brand with a significant subscriber base and ongoing expansion in product innovation and retail presence.
About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER will lead the execution of multiple concurrent projects including new product launches, packaging updates, retail initiatives, and supply chain onboarding. Reporting to the VP of Product & Retail Marketing, this role ensures cross-functional teams are aligned, accountable, and meeting deadlines, enabling the organization to deliver products and initiatives effectively and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed project plans with clear ownership and milestones
Monitor progress and enforce accountability across teams
Lead project meetings and decision-making forums
Identify risks and develop contingency plans
Elevate critical decisions to leadership with context and recommendations
Provide leadership with comprehensive visibility into project statuses
Establish and maintain project management tools and processes
Implement a consistent stage-gate process for product launches
Develop scalable playbooks and templates for recurring projects
Conduct post-launch reviews to improve future operations
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of project or program management experience, including 3 years in CPG, food, beverage, or supplements
Proven leadership in product launches from concept through retail delivery
Experience with stage-gate or similar launch processes
Advanced proficiency with Asana for project management
Familiarity with co-manufacturer and packaging supplier coordination
Strong cross-functional leadership and accountability skills
Proactive ownership and problem-solving mindset
Ability to challenge assumptions respectfully and communicate clearly
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
