Quantum IT Innovation is looking for a creative and passionate Video Specialist / Motion Designer to join our team. We are seeking candidates with a strong creative mindset, a good understanding of video editing and motion graphics, and a portfolio that showcases their creativity and technical skills.
Candidates who have completed a relevant course or training program from an institute and have a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent creative skills and practical project experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms.
Design motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and visual effects.
Edit raw footage into high-quality, polished videos.
Develop creative video concepts and storyboards based on project requirements.
Add sound effects, background music, voiceovers, subtitles, and other elements to enhance video quality.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to deliver creative assets.
Maintain brand consistency, video quality, and project deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, motion design techniques, and creative tools.
Required Skills
Good understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
Working knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
Knowledge of animation principles, transitions, typography, and visual effects.
Understanding of aspect ratios and video formats for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and color grading.
Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.
A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and/or motion design skills.
