Senior Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client's Transformers Business Solutions IT Organization and lead medium, large, and enterprise-level IT projects in a global environment. The role covers the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, financial management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project governance. You will work across multiple geographies and coordinate with Application Managers in the NAM Hub (US, Canada, Mexico) as well as development teams from TCS in India.
This is a long-term B2B engagement with a minimum duration of 2 years, offering a remote working model from Poland, Italy, Spain or another eligible EU location. Depending on proximity to the office, there may be an expectation to work from the office up to 3 days per week during the first 6 months.
The role follows Zurich working hours, 10:00–18:00, reflecting the international nature of the project and regular collaboration with teams across India, Europe, and North America. It is a great opportunity to work on large-scale IT projects within a global organization and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of medium, large, and enterprise IT projects.
Plan and coordinate project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, resource utilization, costs, and financial performance.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
Act as a key contact and escalation point for project-related matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate vendor activities and track vendor deliverables where applicable.
Provide project status and financial reporting to leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with client's project management methodology, quality standards, financial targets, and agreed timelines.
Support technology planning and implementation from a project management perspective.
Capture and share lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
Support organizational change management activities in a global enterprise environment.
Requirements
10 years of experience in large IT project management.
10 years of experience managing projects across geographies throughout the full project lifecycle.
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow SPM / SPPM Project Management Module.
Experience working with PMP, Gate Model, Agile and/or Scrum project management approaches.
Experience in Organizational Change Management within a global enterprise environment.
Experience managing the financials of large projects using MS Project and SAP.
Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good understanding of IT technologies, IT processes, and business processes.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
