Job Description:
Key responsibilities
Plan and run the release calendar across web apps, iOS and Android apps, desktop apps and data platform releases.
Manage environments (Dev, QA, Staging, UAT, Production), configuration and environment readiness gates.
Run change control and go/no-go reviews with clear criteria, rollback plans and release notes.
Own branching strategy, code-freeze windows, versioning and deployment automation with DevOps.
Coordinate client release windows, app-store submissions and hand-over to RunOps.
Must have
16+ years, with 6+ years in release or environment management for multi-platform products.
Hands-on with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Jira, and release automation.
Strong change management (ITIL or equivalent) and incident and rollback handling.
Experience with mobile app-store release processes.
Good to have
Data platform (Databricks) deployment and job promotion.
Experience releasing to Japanese clients with formal acceptance.
ITIL v4 certification.
