Job Description
As an Engineer in the Quality Department at Sintex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all operations. With a requirement of 10 to 14 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with senior management to oversee quality operations, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes and adhere to the company's strategic goals. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers to support quality initiatives. Analyzing and interpreting both external and internal data will be crucial to writing comprehensive reports that drive quality improvements. You will assess overall quality performance against objectives to ensure alignment with company goals. Additionally, you will enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics. Your role will also involve reviewing financial and non-financial reports related to quality to devise solutions or improvements. Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for important shareholders, will be essential. You will analyze problematic situations and occurrences in quality and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry relevant to the company's quality operations will be vital. Demonstrating strong negotiation, influencing, and networking skills to enhance quality effectiveness will be expected. You will possess a good understanding of market and competitive intelligence to inform quality strategies, exhibiting strong business and commercial acumen, entrepreneurship, a global mindset, and people excellence in all quality activities.
