WMS Implementation Project Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

We are looking for a PM experienced in Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations, based in Poland for our existing customer - Berner Group. Below is the JD. Requesting your support with suitable profiles.
1. Targets of position
Lead and coordinate the successful implementation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) project.
Ensure that WMS solution supports business requirements, operational excellence objectives and future logistics transformation initiatives.
Identify and drive opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
Ensure project objectives, scope, budget, timeline and quality targets are achieved.
Provide structured project governance and effective stakeholder management across all project phases.
Drive alignment, transparency, deployment and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the central escalation point for project-related issues, risks and cross-functional dependencies, driving timely resolution and decision-making.
Ensure seamless integration of the WMS across business processes, connected systems and interfaces.
2. Main tasks of position
Lead the end-to-end WMS implementation, driving integration readiness, quality gate assessments and successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.
Drive project planning and execution, including milestones, resources, budget, risks and mitigation activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate activities between business departments, IT teams, interface owners and external implementation partners, ensuring integration readiness and cross-system alignment.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees and management reporting.
Manage project scope, dependencies, key risks and change requests while providing transparent reporting on project performance, budget and key decisions to management.
Support testing (SIT/UAT), training, cutover planning, go-live and hyper care activities and ensure appropriate training and solution documentation.
