We are looking for a passionate Trade Marketing Executive CY to drive the integration and the execution of Marketing strategies in Cyprus (JD, Cosmos & Sneaker 10), across all channels -offline & online- , targeting a seamless customer experience. The role will be based in Dali, Nicosia, Cyprus and will report to the Country Manager; the Omni Channel Marketing Executive CY role will report via dotted line to the Trade Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Execute trade promotional plans for all Cosmos Sport Banners in Cyprus and assist with the development of Trade Marketing materials, communications.
Actively take part in product launches and execute related activation material to best communicate them.
Support the briefing process for the upcoming brand campaigns & activations to external parties (creative agencies, supporting partners etc.).
Maintain & upgrade existing stores to elevate store atmospherics, digital signages, store zoning & pop material to maximize customer experience
Assist on the execution of new concepts & innovation regarding store design for network expansion
Execute marketing activities (e.g., store opening campaigns, consumer and trade promotion activities, marketing activations, displays, etc.)
Responsible for implementing and overseeing sports events activations & managing sponsorships with athletes/ teams.
Communication and Collaboration with Influencers and Content Creators
Collaborate with other departments (Retail, Commercial, VM etc.) to implement the best operation & communication as well as customer mapping in stores.
Be involved in ad-hoc Marketing Projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration etc.
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Creativity, Innovation & Out of the Box Thinking
Team player attitude
Ability to prioritize work and a strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
