🚀 Gurukulya is hiring Business Growth Associate!
Are you confident in communication, good at building relationships, and interested in working with schools?
Gurukulya is looking for motivated Sales Executives to help us connect with private schools and expand Gurukulya across different cities and areas.
As a Business Growth Associate, you’ll connect with school decision-makers, introduce Gurukulya, give quick product demos, follow up with interested schools, and help them get started with Gurukulya.
What you’ll do
• Connect with private schools in your assigned area
• Meet school owners, principals, and administrators
• Introduce Gurukulya and understand the school’s requirements
• Give a quick and simple product demo
• Follow up with interested schools
• Help convert interested schools into Gurukulya customers
• Support the initial onboarding process
What we’re looking for
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in speaking with school representatives
• Comfortable meeting people and travelling locally when required
• Self-motivated and responsible
• Willingness to learn and build relationships
• Laptop is mandatory
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but strong freshers can also apply
