About the Opportunity:
The SOLUTION ARCHITECT role within the Retail Planning and Pricing team focuses on delivering planning solutions through the Centric Planning platform. The position involves translating customer business needs into effective solution designs, configurations, and data requirements. This role is critical in ensuring implementations meet customer value objectives by leading technical design and collaborating with internal teams, partners, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Define and optimize solution designs on the planning platform to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and partners during implementation.
Gather, analyze, and communicate business requirements into functional specifications.
Lead technical design, configuration, and data requirement definitions supporting best-practice planning.
Assist in developing system testing and validation plans.
Requirements:
Degree in engineering, computer science, or related scientific/technical field.
Strong technical and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database queries.
Understanding of strategic and operational planning applications.
Consulting experience in IT, merchandising, or supply chain planning.
Experience implementing planning management systems with business and implementation insight.
Ability to lead solution design, adapt to changing requirements, and collaborate effectively.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120K – $160K per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
This position may also be eligible for bonus.
