Overview
Take the lead in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the workers' compensation and managed care industries. As a Sales Team Lead, you will combine hands-on sales execution with team leadership, coaching, and strategic account development. You will manage your own portfolio of clients while empowering sales representatives to achieve ambitious performance targets. Working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.
