Working Student (m/f/d) – SAP S/4HANA Stabilization & FPY Improvement

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support our team with SAP S/4HANA stabilization projects and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
During your time with us you will assist with both data-driven analyses and practical improvement initiatives in production.
This position will be hired on a fixed term contract starting at one year.
Your responsibilities:
Contribute to SAP S/4HANA stabilization projects, with a focus on First Pass Yield (FPY) improvement in Germany.
Take ownership of smaller projects and initiatives, such as introducing 5S and implementing quick wins—particularly those identified through the Continuous Improvement (CI) process.
Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to identify actionable improvements.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Support the implementation and tracking of process improvement measures.
Basic Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, production engineering, or a related field.
Fluent German and English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong motivation and commitment.
Solid numerical skills and an interest in data analysis.
A basic understanding of logistics processes and continuous improvement methods.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
We welcome some basic knowledge of SQL or Smartsheet.
A team-oriented mindset, with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work.
