Art Director

Working closely with the copy team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client’s brief
Lead and participate in creative development of data-driven direct response materials from concept to execution
Ideate, develop, design and build dynamic display, rich media, social and CRM materials to support experiential creative with an underlying link to performance
Work closely with the creative head, team leaders, designers, and copywriters to develop and deliver successful and award-winning ideas and work
Translate client’s marketing objectives into clear, compelling, brand appropriate communications
Ensure designs and developed materials are cross-device compliant and accessible
Ensure that all work meets or exceeds the quality standards of the agency
Inspire and lead our talented team of designers, manage their personal development plans and ensure they are learning and growing in their careers.
Qualifications:
Strong design ability with a focus on digital
Expert working proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Previous experience in web or digital development
Previous experience in marketing or advertising communications
Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS would be helpful
Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
Previous experience delivering personalised email communications
Natural creative thinker who is excited about new ideas
Passion for performance creative and an understanding of the necessity of experience creative
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to align with current business needs
Focused; a self-starter with experience working in a very fast-paced environment
Experience in managing and leading a team of designers.
Strong portfolio is must.
