Lead daily community management, including inbox monitoring, direct response, and community moderation;
Conduct social listening to track brand sentiment, industry trends, viral moments, and competitor movements;
Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators using our internal discovery software and databases;
Manage influencer relationships end-to-end: negotiate deliverables, brainstorm creative concepts, coordinate posting schedules, and ensure brief compliance;
Collaborate closely with external agency partners to streamline content production and influencer execution;
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, video views, conversion) to build actionable data-driven insights.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Social Media Management and Influencer Marketing;
Proven background in the iGaming/Sports Betting industry, with a solid understanding of sports culture;
Experience collaborating with diverse creator profiles, including sports influencers, entertainment icons, lifestyle creators, and live streamers;
Hands-on experience with social media analytics, scheduling platforms, and social listening tools;
Strong track record of managing end-to-end campaign execution alongside third-party marketing agencies.
