Performance Digital Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive digital strategies, encompassing online advertising, website optimization, social media management, mobile marketing, and performance marketing.
SEM Campaign Management: Maintain and enhance SEM campaigns across various business units. Conduct regular account audits, optimize keywords and ads, fine-tune device settings, and optimize audience bidding.
Data Analytics: Take ownership of analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for performance optimization.
SEO and AdWords Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and proficiency in managing AdWords programs.
Data Insights and ROI: Collaborate to provide data insights and analysis to improve account efficiency and drive ROI using tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Requirements

Educational Background: Hold a university degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Experience: Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a preference for Performance Marketing
SEM Mastery: Demonstrate a solid understanding of SEM, with a primary focus on Google Ads. Knowledge of Paid Social Media and programmatic advertising is a plus.
Affiliate Monitoring: Keep a close eye on affiliate performance daily, ensuring steady and positive development.
Analytical Skills: Excel in using analytics tools and database platforms such as Excel, Google Analytics, BI, and performance marketing tools/platforms.
Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing.
Team Player: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
Effective Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Analytical Thinking: Showcase advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
