Hiring: Clinic Operations & Public Relations Manager – Lucknow
We are looking for a responsible, proactive and well-organised graduate to manage the day-to-day operations of a spine surgery practice and its associated hospital unit.
The role involves clinic management, staff coordination, patient counselling for surgery, surgical patient follow-ups, hospital coordination, financial records, billing, inventory, procurement and maintenance.
The candidate will also be responsible for developing relationships with referring doctors, corporate tie-ups, TPA empanelment, healthcare portal registrations and digital visibility through Google, WhatsApp and social media.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English, basic computer proficiency, organisational ability and willingness to undertake local field visits are essential.
Experience in hospital administration, healthcare PRO or business development will be preferred.
