Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–6 years of hands-on experience working exclusively with direct clients on Core IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-cycle US IT recruitment and a solid understanding of the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions using direct client requirements
Work on Core IT roles such as Developers, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and Administrators
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing methods
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates
Manage candidate documentation, rate negotiation, and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines and recruitment best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment
Proven experience working only with direct clients
Strong knowledge of Core IT technologies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
Strong understanding of US visa types and employment terms
