Voor onze productielocatie in Tiel zijn wij op zoek naar een Plaatsvervangend Supervisor Productie. In deze rol ondersteun je de Supervisor bij het aansturen van het productieteam en zorg je samen voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productieomgeving.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Plaatsvervangend Supervisor ben je de rechterhand van de Supervisor en neem je diens werkzaamheden waar bij afwezigheid. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse operatie en motiveert medewerkers om gezamenlijk de productiedoelstellingen te realiseren.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse aansturing van het productieteam;
Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit;
Coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen de productieafdeling;
Signaleren en initiëren van verbeteringen binnen processen;
Begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers;
Zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen de verschillende ploegen;
Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en prettige werkomgeving.
Wat neem je mee?
Een afgeronde VAPRO-opleiding (bij voorkeur B of C);
Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving;
Affiniteit met het aansturen en begeleiden van collega's;
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding;
Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en continu verbeteren;
Bereidheid om te werken in ploegendienst.
