Senior Product Owner

Job Title
Senior Product OwnerIn this role, you’ll:
Apply your technical or functional expertise to support business goals and guide others in your area of knowledge.
Collaborate with teammates to shape product direction and deliver value across different teams and departments.
Translate product goals into clear and actionable requirements, working with finance, security, operations, support, and other key stakeholders.
Partner with Product Managers and Agile Teams to define and prioritize features and user stories based on customer and business needs.
Continuously align and communicate priorities with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity before each release or planning session.
Actively contribute to testing, validation, and improvement activities.
Participate in team coordination, demo sessions, and continuous improvement events.
Communicate the value and benefits of the product to both internal and external audiences.
Support product launch activities, customer demos, and promotional initiatives.
Contribute to documentation and proposal efforts related to product development and improvement.
Your Profile:
Experience in product ownership, product management, or related roles.
Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable user stories and priorities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Capacity to balance technical detail with big-picture product vision.
Keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for continuous improvement and user-centered design.
