• Minimize waste write offs and product damage
• Control Forklift fleet.
• Manage the stock in the finished goods warehouse to minimise risks such as damages and spoilage.
• Management of safety standards in warehouse
• Management of discipline in warehouse
• Effective management of human resources: promote small group activities
• Management of British Retail Consortium (BRC) system in warehouse.
Core Knowledge
Good people and interpersonal skills.
Sound working knowledge of warehousing and distribution
Computer literate; MS Office; Proteus; Oracle
Ability to implement SOP’s and inspire /demand ethical conduct
