● Advanced Excel skills are a must, with strong command of formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis.
● Ability to interpret data, spot patterns, investigate variances, and present clear, practical recommendations.
● Strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● Clear communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across teams.
● Python knowledge for analysis or automation is preferred.
● Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is an advantage.
