About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in recruitment and HR within a Global marketing solutions firm. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will support recruitment activities, help find great talent, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and managers. You will gain valuable experience while working closely with our senior recruitment team in a fast-paced and high-growth environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job adverts and managing candidate applications
Screen CVs and help shortlist suitable candidates
Arrange interviews and support communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment data and assist with reporting
Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities
Contribute to a collaborative team culture while learning in a fast-moving business environment
Skills and Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills with an interest in people and teamwork
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR is an advantage, but full training will be provided
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
