Quality Assurance Analyst

We're looking for Quality Assurance Analysts!
Responsibilities:
Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities.
Execute test cycles, document results, and ensure adequate business and functional coverage.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects while collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
Validate integrations between insurance systems and third-party applications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Provide testing metrics, status reports, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of P&C Insurance business processes: Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims Management, Billing, Endorsements, Renewals
Proficiency in: Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, UAT Support
Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
Familiarity working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
