Role Description The Civil Engineer role at Arunodeep Infrastructure is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The civil engineer will be responsible for planning and designing infrastructure projects, preparing technical drawings and documentation, and supporting project execution from concept through completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers and site teams, performing design calculations, reviewing construction plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role also involves overseeing stormwater management solutions, monitoring construction quality, and assisting with problem-solving on site. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend project meetings, and provide technical input to support efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles, with the ability to apply them to practical infrastructure projects.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in Planning activities such as project layout, scheduling, and resource estimation for civil works.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related environmental or regulatory considerations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and standard office productivity tools.
Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards relevant to civil construction projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic project environment.
Prior experience on infrastructure projects in or near Pune District is an advantage.
