JOB SUMMARY
The PD Patient Care Officer at Fresenius Medical Care Korea is responsible for promoting and managing the company's products and services to medical professionals and patients.
This role is to build and maintain close relationships with patients, and to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Patient Care and Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide ongoing support and education to customers regarding product usage and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences as required.
