DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Are you organised, accurate and comfortable working in a busy finance environment?
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to support the efficient and timely processing of customer invoices and payments. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail matters, alongside providing a responsive and professional service to customers and internal colleagues.
As the Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will:
Raise invoices and pro forma invoices for fulfilled orders, ensuring they are sent to customers promptly.
Manage electronic invoicing through customer portals.
Log and allocate cash receipts accurately in NetSuite.
Raise marketing invoices accurately and on time.
Respond to customer and internal queries promptly, alongside other reasonable duties required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Accounts Receivable Administrator:
Previous administration experience.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage several tasks concurrently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
Experience using Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience using an ERP system would be an advantage.
