AI Developer – LLM Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled AI Developer / LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, experience working with modern AI frameworks, and exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and vector database integrations.
Evaluate, test, and improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Deploy AI applications in cloud environments and manage production workloads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.
Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems in production environments.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and Prompt Engineering.
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.
Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
Experience in developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle and model deployment.
DevOps & CI/CD Requirements
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Understanding of monitoring, logging, and deployment automation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs.
Knowledge of MLOps tools and workflows.
Experience working with distributed systems and scalable AI applications.
Understanding of security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI agents and autonomous workflows.
Knowledge of vector search and semantic retrieval techniques.
Experience with model evaluation frameworks and observability tools.
