• Process: Accounts Receivable – Voice (Healthcare)
• Location: Mumbai | Chennai | Ahmedabad
• Experience: Freshers & candidates with 1+ year of experience in Voice Process
• Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Shift Timings:
o 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
o 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
• Transport: Only drop facility will be provided.
Salary Slabs
1–2 years: 25K
2–3 years: 3K
3+ years: Up to 40K
Job Description
Make outbound calls to insurance companies to verify claim status and eligibility.
Follow up on outstanding and unpaid claims; document denials and take necessary action.
Work on AR reports and maintain accurate daily logs.
Handle voice-based processes, including Insurance Follow-Up, Patient Calling and Provider Outreach.
Meet productivity, accuracy and client SLA targets.
Collaborate with team members and follow company policies, client guidelines and information security standards.
Escalate issues to seniors promptly.
