Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes to support Ankura Homes in building high-performing teams that align with the company’s values and culture. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, supporting offer negotiation and onboarding, and providing regular hiring reports and insights. The role also involves building employer branding initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with candidates, and adhering to fair and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
Qualifications
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and represent Ankura Homes professionally.
Experience using recruitment tools and platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems.
Skills in organizing, prioritizing, and handling multiple requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and timely follow-up.
Capability to understand role requirements, assess candidate fit, and support fair, unbiased, and inclusive selection practices.
Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle-oriented organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals.
1 to 2 years experiences.
Need Realstate Experiences with excellent communication skills.
