工作职责：
负责在授权范围内向医疗卫生机构及相关专业人员开展公司产品的医学信息传递与学术推广
基于循证医学证据，进行产品相关的临床信息沟通与科学交流
按照合规要求拜访目标医院及相关人员，传递产品临床使用信息并收集专业反馈 收集并反馈药品的临床使用情况、不良反应及医生需求，促进产品的安全与合理使用
掌握行业发展及市场动态，提供合规的产品及竞品相关信息反馈
协助组织符合合规要求的学术活动（如科室会、学术会议等）
严格遵守公司及国家相关法律法规，确保所有学术推广活动规范、真实、可追溯

任职要求：
• 医学、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 具备3年以上的医药行业相关经验，有学术推广或临床沟通经验者优先
• 掌握基本药品临床知识（适应症、不良反应、用药安全等）
• 具备良好的医学信息沟通能力及学术表达能力
• 与客户建立良好关系，培养潜在客户及开发新客户的能力
• 具备较强的合规意识与职业道德
• 积极主动，沟通能力强，具备团队协作能力
