Role Description The Java Developer role at Xworkz is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Java Developer will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhance existing systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves working with frameworks such as Spring, contributing to microservices-based architectures, and following best practices in software development and documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Java and general Programming skills.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development practices, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Candidates should possess experience with the Spring Framework and related Spring ecosystem tools.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Microservices architecture and building distributed applications.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Maven/Gradle, Jenkins) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
