Role Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Design Engineer who can design and build the user-facing side of a data-rich ERP platform end to end. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who designs, builds, and ships to production. Our product is dashboard-heavy and module-based, serving trading and SME businesses, so we need someone who understands how complex business software should look, flow, and feel.
Our design bar is high. We are not looking for static screens. We expect Framer-level, motion-rich interfaces: animated transitions, micro-interactions, and dynamic elements that respond to the user. If your work is polished but static, this is not the right fit.
You will design and build dashboards, dense data tables, reporting templates, and multi-step forms across ERP modules such as inventory, sales, purchase, accounting, and CRM. You will translate real business workflows into interfaces that are clean, fast, animated, and genuinely usable by non-technical staff. We care more about design sensibility, motion craft, ERP understanding, and front-end instinct than about years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Motion-rich UI: Build animated transitions, micro-interactions, and responsive states, not static screens.
Dashboards and data: Design dashboards, dense data tables, and reporting templates across modules.
Production animation: Implement motion with Framer, Framer Motion, or GSAP, keeping it smooth and performant.
Workflow design: Turn business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and finished UI.
Front-end build: Ship responsive, accessible interfaces in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and semantic HTML.
Data visualisation: Create clear reporting layouts and charts with Recharts, ECharts, or D3.
AI-assisted development: Use tools like Cursor, VS Code, or Antigravity to speed up build and review without sacrificing quality.
Deployment: Own the path from local build to live site on modern hosting platforms.
Design system: Maintain design tokens, components, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Portfolio: Strong design sensibility and attention to usability, shown through real work.
Motion: Shipped Framer-level, animated interfaces with motion and micro-interactions you designed.
ERP domain: Hands-on design for ERP, B2B SaaS, or complex admin and dashboard products.
Data design: Dashboards, dense data tables, and reporting templates.
Figma: Auto-layout, variants, component properties, and variables.
React: Working React and TypeScript, or strong JavaScript with a clear path into React.
Front-end basics: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
AI tools: Comfortable in AI-assisted IDEs (VS Code, Cursor, Antigravity) and AI app builders like Lovable.
Deployment: Production releases on Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare.
APIs: Working knowledge of REST APIs and how front ends consume them.

A portfolio that links to live, deployed work you designed and built yourself
Live work that shows real motion design: animated transitions, micro-interactions, and dynamic elements (Framer, Framer Motion, or GSAP).
Direct experience on ERP modules (inventory, sales, purchase, accounting, or CRM).
Fluency across the modern AI build-and-ship stack: AI-assisted IDEs (VS Code, Cursor, Antigravity), AI app builders (Lovable), and deployment platforms (Vercel).
Performance awareness: Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, virtualization for large tables.
Git and code review.
Compensation
INR 3.0 to 4.2 LPA, with room to grow as you take on more
