Role Description
We are looking for an Associate Frontend Developer Java for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in frontend development, Java-based web applications, user-interface engineering, responsive design, REST API integration, modern JavaScript frameworks, backend integration, and software-development practices.
The Associate Frontend Developer Java will work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, user interfaces, dashboards, internal platforms, enterprise applications, and Java-integrated digital systems.
The role may involve working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, frontend build tools, testing frameworks, Git, cloud platforms, and modern web-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in frontend development, Java development, web development, UI development, software engineering, application development, full stack development, or related technology roles can apply.

Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, DOM manipulation, and component-based development.
Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and browser standards will be advantageous.
Basic knowledge of Core Java, object-oriented programming, classes, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, collections, exception handling, and Java fundamentals will be beneficial.
Exposure to Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java backend technologies will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be advantageous.
Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be beneficial.

Familiarity with frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, image optimization, bundle optimization, Core Web Vitals, and application-performance concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, frontend security, input validation, XSS prevention, CSRF protection, and application-security concepts will be advantageous.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, responsive interfaces, and translating designs into functional web applications will be beneficial.
Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, or enterprise web applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to Java-based APIs, Spring Boot applications, microservices, enterprise platforms, or backend integration will be beneficial.
Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
