Required Skills and Responsibilities
· Teamcenter support and production support experience
· Support Teamcenter integrations with CAD, ERP and other enterprise systems
· Understand integration interfaces and troubleshoot issues
· Lead support activities, resolve critical incidents and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
· Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
· Strong communication and stakeholder management
