Location:- Chennai
Exp:- 6 to 8 yr

Alloy collector
Terraform or Ansible automation
Scripting experience in Python
BMC Helix
ITSM (Incidents/Changes)
Job Requirements*
Grafana Cloud / Enterprise configuration and dashboard development
Prometheus setup and remote_write configuration
Alloy collector setup for Linux and network devices
SNMP monitoring for Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet switches and firewalls
Alerting configuration using Grafana Alerting / Webhooks
Hands-on in Linux (RHEL, OEL, SUSE) system monitoring
Experience with infrastructure and network observability troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities*
Experience with ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, or SolarWinds
Familiarity with ITSM platforms ( BMC Helix) for alert integration
Terraform or Ansible automation for observability stack deployment
Scripting experience in Python / Bash for automation
Awareness of performance optimization and capacity planning
