AI Agentic Solution Developer

We are looking for experienced AI Agentic Solutions Developers with strong expertise in Generative AI, multi-agent systems, LLM pipelines, and enterprise-grade AI application development.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong programming experience in Python 3.9+ or Java 17+ with Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience building agentic / LLM-driven pipelines using OpenAI, Llama, or internally hosted models
• Experience with LangChain or CrewAI for multi-agent orchestration
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience designing REST / GraphQL APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with MongoDB or equivalent NoSQL databases and vector databases
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and GitLab CI/CD
• Knowledge of security practices, including OWASP Top 10, JWT/OAuth2, encryption and audit logging
• Experience with automated testing using pytest / unittest, JUnit, MockMVC or contract testing
• Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), AI governance and responsible AI guardrails
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Design and develop multi-agent systems with orchestration, memory management and tool integration
🔹 Build GenAI agents for requirement validation, test scenario generation, automation script generation and data synthesis
🔹 Integrate AI solutions with enterprise workflows, CI/CD pipelines and observability platforms
🔹 Implement security controls, audit logging and responsible AI governance
🔹 Optimize token usage, latency and operational costs through prompt engineering and caching
🔹 Design and integrate APIs, microservices and vector database solutions
🔹 Mentor teams on GenAI architecture, prompt design and development best practices
🔹 Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
🔹 Prepare technical designs, API specifications, runbooks and handover documentation
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical progress and risks to stakeholders
Nice to Have:
• Experience with payment systems or compliance systems
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP or serverless technologies
• Familiarity with TypeScript / Angular
• Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event sourcing
• Experience with cloud-native application development
