When you join us, you'll become part of a collaborative community of experts who challenge conventional thinking and push the boundaries of engineering excellence.
You'll benefit from:
Secure workload through major long-term frameworks.
Opportunities to influence a diverse range of nationally significant projects and helping to shape the future of water infrastructure across the UK.

We offer hybrid working which involves 3 days per week being office/site based. This position can be based from any of our offices of Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast, Leeds, Newcastle, or Edinburgh.
Your role
The role offers broad project exposure, technical development, and clear opportunities for progression within a collaborative and growing team.
You will:
Lead the delivery on mechanical engineering solutions for water resource projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated, sustainable, and innovative engineering solutions.
Provide technical guidance, support, and assurance to engineers and technicians, acting as a key point of contact within project teams while supporting the growth and development of the mechanical engineering capability through mentoring and coaching.

Build strong relationships within project teams, clients, stakeholders and project partners.
Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies.
Help identify opportunities within the Practice to create additional value for clients and communities.
About you
