Director Global IT Service Management & Transformation (w/m/d)

Responsibilities:
Lead and Management of IT Service Management organization
Provide a holistic IT Service Management framework for Corporate IT including efficient IT
service set up and IT service operations
Designing and implementing professional IT Service Management (e.g. central
provisioning, monitoring and controlling of IT Services to internal customers)
Management of external IT Service providers
Development & operation of IT service process framework (ITIL based)
IT Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science or comparable proven job-experience
Minimum 10 years experience in IT Service Management industry (internal/external)
Experience in design and implementing ITIL process frameworks in organization and deep
understanding of IT Service Management processesnow how in Identity Management / IT Authorization Management and expertise in
Software Asset Management
Strong Leadership experience and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
