Job Purpose:
Managing sales operations, customer relationships & achieving targets within assigned region
Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to regional market dynamics
Forecast and manage sales budgets for the region on monthly basis
Execute segment-wise and customer-wise retention and growth strategies.
Initiate and support local marketing actions to enhance regional visibility and outreach.
Target Achievement:
Ensure the team meets or exceeds regional sales and profitability goals
Drive key account management and expand customer base in the region
Team Management:
Supervise, train, and drive team developmental initiatives for the regional sales team to enhance their capabilities and performance.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide actionable feedback
Client connect:
Analyse competitors, market trends, and customer needs to refine strategies
Identify and implement regional growth opportunities
Identify and focus on clients contributing the most to regional profitability
Strengthen relationships with senior client stakeholders, especially key account segments.
Cost Efficiency and Price Profitability:
Prioritize high-margin sectors, products, or projects in the region
Promote cross-selling and up-selling to increase overall deal value.
Optimize regional sales operations to reduce costs without compromising output
Control expenses such as discounts, and promotions to maintain profitability
System & Process:
Ensure adherence to standardized sales processes is understood and followed by the regional sales team.
Maintain accurate and timely data updates in CRM systems, ensuring consistency and transparency.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tools and workflows that improve sales productivity and efficiency.

Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Metallurgy Engineering.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be added advantage.
Experience:
Experience with 12 years’ experience in B2B Sales of Laser Marking Machines & Automation
Solutions/Similar Equipment to OEMs, End Users
Demonstrated success in B2B industrial sales, particularly within manufacturing, automotive,
aerospace, electronics, or related sectors
Experience in integrating marking machines into automatic production lines is advantageous.
