As the Change Manager you will be part of the Database Production Services team who are key to ensuring IT Service availability & allowing the business to function and operate effectively with overall change process enablement.
We will count on you to:
Manage end to end change management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Review and validate change requests for completeness and compliance
Manage queues for Database relatedchangerequests utilizing domain knowledge to managechanges efficiently through their lifecycle
Facilitate communications aboutchanges and change reviews which requires coordination among involved teams and requester.
Prepare and maintain change management reports.
Ensure changes are appropriately categorized, prioritize and scheduled.
Help and support other areas of the IT Service Management for better hygiene and governance cadence.
Experience :
3+ years of working experience in ITIL change management process.
Comfortable and flexible with shifts. preferability EMEA/ UK shift hours.
Exposure to ITIL ServiceManagement (or similar) processes and methodologies.
ITIL Foundation certified.
Good experience in application, database or other application related technology support.
