Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Testing / QA Engineer & Project Coordinator role based in Bhilai. The role involves planning, designing, and executing manual test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability across multiple projects. The professional in this position will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. Daily responsibilities include maintaining test documentation, participating in reviews, supporting regression and acceptance testing, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes. In addition, the role includes coordinating project activities, monitoring timelines, communicating status updates, and helping ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with the ability to apply structured testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and Test Execution across different environments and releases.
Ability to design, maintain, and optimize Test Cases aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
Knowledge of defect tracking tools, test management systems, and basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Effective project coordination skills, including task tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a systematic approach to identifying and reporting issues.
Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with basic automation testing concepts, version control systems, and agile methodologies is an advantage.
