Creative Visual Designer (Marketing) - JG

About The Role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Visual Designer to own visual content for a fast-moving fashion and lifestyle brand’s marketing team. You will take ideas from concept to final delivery across video, photography, motion graphics and design.
Key Responsibilities
Produce videos end to end: concept, shoot, edit and final delivery
Handle camera setup, framing, angles and settings for shoots
Shoot product, fashion, lifestyle and campaign photography
Edit videos with sharp cuts, transitions, cinematic pacing and storytelling
Create motion graphics and animation, including 2D/3D, illustration and kinetic typography
Design store branding, reels, carousels, ad creatives and campaign visuals, including AI-assisted imagery
Turn briefs into original concepts and compelling visual stories
Handle sound design and VFX: audio mixing, sound effects, masking and compositing
Do post-production: colour grading, photo retouching and final exports
Create trend-driven reels and campaign videos
Required Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro or Deviance Resolve
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Lightroom
Blender (good to have)
Who You Are
1–3 years of relevant experience in video, photography and design
A strong portfolio showing both video and photography work
Up to date with social media and reel trends
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
