Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage the gold loan portfolio within the Sales department. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in financial services, particularly in secured lending products. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective management of gold loan operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent market insight, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the bank’s objectives and values.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed gold loan business targets in alignment with the bank’s growth objectives.
Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills specific to gold loan products.
Manage the end-to-end gold loan process, including customer acquisition, loan disbursal, documentation, and recovery, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and competitive trends within the gold loan sector.
Collaborate with credit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all gold loan transactions meet the bank’s risk management and regulatory compliance standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to foster trust and long-term business partnerships.
Monitor portfolio performance, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance customer experience in gold loan services.
