Job Summary
As a Provisioning & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the physical handling, preparation, configuration and dispatch of payment terminals and associated equipment. This is a hands-on operational role combining warehouse and inventory management, logistics coordination, terminal provisioning and basic technical support. You will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is received, recorded, stored, prepared and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have previous practical experience in a warehouse, stock control, inventory or logistics environment and be comfortable carrying out physical stock-handling duties as part of their daily responsibilities. Training will be provided on Windcave's payment technology, internal systems and provisioning processes.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Stock Control
Receive, unpack, inspect and organise incoming stock and equipment.
Physically handle, store, pick, pack and prepare payment terminals and accessories for dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock reconciliations.
Process returned, faulty and replacement equipment.
Ensure stock is stored securely, safely and in an organised manner.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged equipment and inventory shortages.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
Logistics & Shipping
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments within Lithuania and across international locations.
Prepare shipping labels, commercial invoices and relevant dispatch documentation.
Arrange collections and deliveries with courier and freight providers.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Ensure orders are accurately prepared and dispatched within agreed timelines.
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers regarding stock movements and deliveries.
Support customs and international shipping requirements where applicable.
Equipment Provisioning & Configuration
Prepare and configure payment terminals according to customer requirements.
Install software updates and complete basic equipment configuration.
Test payment terminals to ensure they are functioning correctly before dispatch.
Complete merchant activations and hardware maintenance requests.
Record provisioning activities accurately in internal systems.
Follow established quality control and equipment testing procedures.
Assist with payment terminal replacements, upgrades and customer rollouts.
Basic Technical & Operational Support
Provide first-line support for basic payment terminal and hardware enquiries.
Assist with identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Escalate complex technical matters to the appropriate support teams.
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
Work closely with colleagues across Logistics, Provisioning, Customer Operations and Technical Support.
Support improvements to operational processes and documentation.
Essential Requirements
Fluent Lithuanian language skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Previous hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory management or stock control role.
Practical experience physically receiving, organising, handling, picking, packing and dispatching stock or equipment.
Experience maintaining stock records and working with inventory management processes.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Good communication skills and a proactive, reliable approach to work.
Willingness to undertake both physical operational duties and computer-based administrative tasks.
Please note: This position requires practical, hands-on stock and equipment handling. Candidates whose experience is limited to supply chain planning, procurement or administrative logistics coordination without direct physical stock-handling experience may not meet the essential requirements.
Desirable Experience
Experience in a Warehouse Operative, Logistics Coordinator, Stock Controller, Inventory Coordinator or similar role.
Experience preparing domestic and international shipments.
Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures or courier management.
Experience using inventory management, ERP, CRM or Jira systems.
Experience handling, configuring or testing electronic equipment.
Previous experience in the payments, fintech, POS or technology industry.
German or other European language skills.
