Salary: €2,800 per month base salary + €1000 bonus p/m (uncapped)

At OrderYOYO, we help restaurants grow their online business through personalised apps, websites and marketing solutions. We're expanding our Account Management team and looking for commercially minded people who want to help our restaurant partners succeed while developing their own careers.
This role combines relationship management, sales and business growth. You’ll work with existing customers to increase their performance, introduce relevant products and build long-term partnerships.
What will you be doing?
Manage a portfolio of valuable restaurant partners and take ownership of their growth.
Identify opportunities to increase orders and GMV through our partners’ apps and websites.
Spot upselling opportunities and introduce products such as marketing packages, ePOS and Self-Service Kiosks.
Use CRM data and performance insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
Hold regular customer conversations to understand business goals and demonstrate value.
Protect and grow existing accounts by addressing risks and improving customer retention.
Work towards commercial targets covering growth, retention, product adoption, customer satisfaction and upselling.
Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding and Support to deliver the best outcomes for our partners.
What will help you succeed?

Confidence communicating with customers and identifying opportunities.
The ability to build relationships while being comfortable having commercial conversations.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing your own accounts.
Good organisational skills and an interest in using data to drive decisions.
German at B2 level or above.
Previous sales, account management, business development or customer-facing experience is beneficial, but we’re open to candidates from different backgrounds. We value drive, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
