Key Responsibilities
As the Team Lead Manufacturing, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with company goals.
Coordinate production schedules, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to maintain seamless operations.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives and successful project implementation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and standard methodologies.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
A proactive and ambitious approach to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
