Title: Division Director (VP equivalent) of Clinical Strategy, Innovation, and Care Delivery – Skilled Nursing
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an exceptional enterprise clinical executive to serve as our next Division Director of Clinical Strategy, Innovation, and Care Delivery for our Skilled Nursing Practice.
Travel: Remote executive leadership position | Approximately 15% travel | Eastern U.S. preferred
Summary: This is a highly visible, enterprise-level leadership opportunity for a transformational healthcare executive who is ready to shape the future of skilled nursing care at one of the nation's leading home healthcare organizations. This is more than a clinical leadership role. It is an opportunity to define strategy, influence enterprise priorities, transform care delivery, and shape the future direction of a national healthcare organization. You will provide executive leadership across clinical strategy, care transformation, innovation, quality, value-based care, clinical operations, and organizational development, with the opportunity to influence how BAYADA delivers care across multiple markets. The successful leader will operate at both the enterprise and operational level—translating a compelling future-state vision into measurable results while aligning clinical, operational, financial, technology, and business leaders around shared priorities. This is an opportunity for an executive who wants to build what comes next—not simply lead what exists today.
What You'll Lead:

Partner with the Practice President and enterprise executives to establish strategic priorities, translate organizational goals into actionable roadmaps, and drive alignment across the Practice.

Serve as a trusted executive advisor and thought partner to senior leadership on clinical strategy, care delivery, quality, innovation, and market evolution.

Lead the future-state transformation of skilled nursing care delivery, identifying new models that improve outcomes, experience, access, and sustainability.
Establish an innovation agenda focused on technology-enabled care, artificial intelligence, automation, digital health, data, and emerging care models.
Evaluate and scale innovative solutions that demonstrate meaningful clinical, operational, and financial value.
Challenge traditional approaches and create a culture that encourages strategic thinking, experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Anticipate changes in healthcare delivery, reimbursement, technology, and regulation and position BAYADA ahead of those changes.

Create accountability for measurable outcomes while empowering clinical leaders to drive sustainable improvement.
Ensure clinical strategies support regulatory, accreditation, compliance, and risk-management priorities.
Executive Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead, influence, and develop a high-performing network of clinical leaders across multiple markets.
Build organizational capability through executive coaching, succession planning, leadership development, talent strategy, and change leadership.
Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance measures for clinical leadership.
Serve as a visible executive champion for organizational transformation and enterprise change.
Build strong partnerships across operations, finance, technology, human resources, marketing, and other enterprise functions to accelerate execution.
Create alignment across a complex, highly matrixed organization and influence without relying solely on direct authority.
Value-Based Care, Growth & Strategic Partnerships
Shape clinical strategy in support of value-based care, population health, emerging reimbursement models, and evolving healthcare partnerships.
Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where clinical innovation can drive growth, market differentiation, and financial performance.
Develop and strengthen relationships with health systems, payers, strategic partners, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Translate changes in reimbursement and healthcare economics into actionable clinical and business strategies.
Ensure clinical excellence and business performance are viewed as mutually reinforcing priorities.

Establish an enterprise approach to using clinical, operational, financial, and patient experience data to inform strategic decisions.
Develop executive-level performance dashboards and metrics that create visibility, accountability, and insight.
Identify trends and performance gaps and translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making and measurable accountability across clinical leadership.
